Olivia McIver, BSN, RN, serves as Vice President of Clinical Operations at Lynd Clinical, bringing over seven years of experience in clinical research and operational leadership. Previously Director of Clinical Operations at Applied Research Center (ARC) of Arkansas, she combines her nursing background and hands-on experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator to guide site operations and support research teams.

Her expertise spans the clinical trial lifecycle, from study start-up through closeout, including participant recruitment, data management, regulatory compliance, and budget and contract negotiations. Olivia is committed to helping Lynd Clinical grow by building strong teams and efficient processes that expand access to clinical research while keeping quality and patient care at the center of every study.
